  15. March 29th, two local talk radio hosts, George Putnum and Ray Briem,
  16. teamed up for a three-way interview with Larry Nichols. Larry revealed
  17. that he has the telephone logs for the Arkansas Governors Mansion that
  18. clearly show that Helen Dicky made the call from the Whitehouse to the
  19. governors mansion more than an hour prior to Vince Foster's body being
  20. found.  He also has a sworn statement from each of the three Arkansas
  21. State Troopers who were present when the call was received, and who
  22. logged it.

  24. But, the big blockbuster of a story is as follows!!  In about a week,
  25. Larry will have all the details on this latest element to the death of
  26. Vince Foster.  Larry says that Hillary Clinton, Vince Foster, and others
  27. had a lease on an apartment that was located within two - three hundred
  28. feet from one of the entrances to Fort Marcy Park!  Fort Marcy Park is
  29. federal jurisdiction....but the area that surrounds the park....where
  30. the apartment is located, is actually within the jurisdiction of a
  31. Maryland county sheriff.  The sheriff, who has just recently become a
  32. member of Congress, has a reputation of being a real stickler for proper
  33. procedure....he couldn't be compromised or controlled, and would have
  34. followed through on every aspect of an investigation, had a body (Vince
  35. Foster) been found within his jurisdiction.  This provides the REASON
  36. why Vince Foster's body was moved!

  38. Larry also stated that the analysis on the semen found on Vince Foster's
  39. undershorts, was not his!  The theory is that Foster probably died at
  40. the apartment, possibly under compromising circumstances, in a state of
  41. undress.  After his death he was dressed, but since his own underwear was
  42. bloodstained, he was dressed in underwear that belonged to someone else.
  43. Larry speculated that Vince Foster died at the apartment, and his body
  44. was taken to the Whitehouse, where it was decided that the body be placed
  45. in Fort Marcy-> Park, where there was federal jurisdiction.  This accounts
  46. for Helen Dicky's call from the Whitehouse to Arkansas prior to the
  47. discovery of the body in Fort Marcy Park.  Larry said this apartment is
  48. co-owned by several people including another man from Arkansas (maybe it
  49. was his underwear ?). Larry said that there is currently an investigation
  50. of the building's maintaince people.

  52. Larry also said that last week Mr. Gonzales, the first paramedic on the
  53. scene of Vince Foster's death, admitted to the Washington Grand Jury
  54. that they had misrepresented the location of the body.  When asked why,
  55. he said it was because of jurisdiction.  Monday, all the Park Police and
  56. paramedics were given a lecture about perjury and the results of comitting
  57. perjury by Kenneth Starr's counsel. Yesterday, all the Park Police and
  58. paramedics appeared in court with lawyers and all took the fifth amendment
  59. on the location of the body!

  61. Larry also said the speculation about Hillary being indicted is true.  Mr.
  62. Jim Quinn was mentioned, and his source, which is reputed to have given
  63. Mr. Quinn the information about Webb Hubbell being indicted four weeks
  64. prior to public announcement of him being indicted. Larry said Hillary's
  65. secretary has talked, under the threat of prosecution.

  68. Larry also said to remember the name, Jean Lewis, of the RTC.  He said
  69. she will figure in upcoming investigations.

  72. finished next week.  The video will be completely documented.
